1. General Conditions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protection by Verb Consult Solutions FZ LLC (hereinafter referred to as "VCS") of information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the User) that can be obtained by "VCS" when the User uses the site https://verbconsult.ae/en (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself when using the Site from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information provided by the User are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of "VCS" and the current legislation of the UAE (including Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on personal data protection dated September 20, 2021).
1.4. By using the Site, the User expresses your full consent to the terms of this Policy.
1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site must be immediately terminated.
1.6. If the User does not agree to receive information from "VCS", the User can unsubscribe from the mailing list:
- by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email;
- by sending a notification by e-mail info@verbconsult.com.
The request is processed within a maximum of 24 hours. As a result, User information is not included in the mailing list segment for the corresponding region.

2. Purposes of collecting, processing and storing information provided by the users of the Site
2.1. "VCS" processes the User's personal data for the purposes of:
- providing the User with access to the Site;
- collecting information for subsequent communication with the User and providing the services necessary for him;
- sending advertising and/or informational messages to the User - no more than 1 message per week;
- verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site;
- conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

3. Conditions for processing information provided by the User and its transfer to third parties
3.1. "VCS" takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
3.2. "VCS" provides access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site or to provide the User with the services he needs.
3.3. "VCS" has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the UAE (including in order to prevent and /or suppress illegal and /or illegal actions of Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User can be made only in accordance with the current legislation of the UAE at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the UAE.
3.4. "VCS" does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User, and assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information in good faith, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information when such a need arises.

4. Terms of use of the Website
4.1. When using the Site, the User confirms that:
- indicates reliable information about himself in the amounts necessary to use the Site, the mandatory fields for further provision of Site services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the user at his own discretion.
- is aware that the information on the Site posted by the User about himself may become available to third parties (Internet service providers) not specified in this Policy, and may be copied and distributed by them;
- is familiar with this Policy, expresses its agreement with it and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it. Using the site means that the User has read the terms of this Policy and agrees to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.
4.2. "VCS" does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill obligations to the User.

5. Within the framework of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:
5.1. Data provided by the User independently when using the Site including, but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, mobile phone number and/or email address.
5.2. Data that is automatically transmitted using the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, information from cookies, information about the User's browser, access time, the address of the requested page.

6. Modification and deletion of personal data
6.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality, by sending a corresponding notification to the email address info@verbconsult.com.

7. Changing the Privacy Policy
7.1. "VCS" has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always on the page at https://verbconsult.ae/privacy
7.2. The date of updating of this edition is January 31, 2023.
